Reservation Policies

Please review the terms & conditions of your reservation closely before booking. Note: the policies below do not apply to group, wedding, or contract rates.

Deposit Policy

Refundable rates: Requires 50% deposit at time of booking 
Non-refundable rate: Requires 100% deposit at time of booking

Room Rates

All rates are based on double occupancy, per room, per night, and are subject to Maine rooms tax (currently 9%). Additional guests may be added for a fee, guests 2+ years old are $50 per night, children under 2 are no additional cost, excluding Maine rooms tax.

Breakfast

Start your day with coffee and pastries at the Inn as Higgins Beach wakes up for the day. Enjoy a muffin or scone while taking in the view, then take a short walk to Shade: Eatery for their breakfast buffet. Guests who book directly with us receive breakfast vouchers for each guest.

Cancellation Policy

Refundable rates: Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, a full refund of the advance deposit will be issued only if the Inn is notified of your cancellation at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Within days of arrival, your deposit is non-refundable and will be collected as a cancellation fee.  
Non-refundable rates: Your reservation is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed.

Pet Policy

Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets.

Arrivals

Check in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be provided based on same day availability. Please inform our Guest Services team in advance if you require a late arrival after 10:00 PM.

Departures

Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be provided based on same day availability, additional costs may apply.
